What to wear during treatment
When you arrive at Becoming Mom for Spa Services, you will be given a locker key, a luxurious robe, and a pair of slippers for your use while visiting the Spa. If you are experiencing a treatment for the first time, feel free to ask the receptionist how you should be dressed for the treatment. Again, we want to make sure that you are comfortable, so please let us know if you have questions.
When to arrive and when to leave
Please allow enough time before and after your treatment to change clothes and enjoy any of our amenities. If this is your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment so that we can get you checked in and familiar with Becoming Mom. In order to remain on schedule for all our clients, we may shorten your treatment time if you are late for your appointment. The normal fee for treatment will remain the same.
You don't have to entertain your therapist
In the Spa, silence can be golden and provide a relaxing and meditative atmosphere. If you feel like chatting, we'll chat. But if you want to escape in silence, we wholeheartedly support you!
Quiet, please
We want Becoming Mom to be a sanctuary for the body, the mind, and the eardrums! Please turn off the ringers on cell phones and pagers, and speak softly when in our Spa.
Children
To maintain our serene atmosphere, we ask that you not bring children into our Spa. Children are, of course, welcome in the 3D /4D Ultrasound Imaging Center to see their new little brother or sister for the first time.

You'll receive the first hour free with every package of 2 services or more that you purchase at Becoming Mom AND you'll save 50% off the one time registration fee. GratuitiesYour Spa treatment fee does not include gratuities.
If you liked your treatment, it is customary to tip your therapist(s). Our Receptionist can provide guidelines, if you like.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment.
"No shows" will be charged for the treatment scheduled.
Product Returns or ExchangesWe will gladly accept any retail product return for store credit so long as the return is within 30 days of purchase and is accompanied by proof of purchase. Regularly priced maternity apparel may be returned for a full refund within 14 days in original condition and with all tags attached. Clearance items are final sale.
Membership Program
Our Becoming Mom Membership provides a variety of discounts on Becoming Mom imaging and spa services, products and classes. It also includes special discounts with local vendors. This makes an ideal gift for the Mom to Be.
