Here are some helpful tips if it is your first time coming to see us. We look forward to seeing you soon!
Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment so you may get checked in ready for your service. Keep in mind, if you are late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you but your service may be modified and your fee remains the same.
Attire
When you arrive at Becoming Mom® for Spa Services, you will be given a luxurious robe, slippers, and a locker for your personal belongings. You may disrobe to your level of comfort, proper draping techniques are always used for your privacy and comfort. We can give you guidance when you arrive to make your experience the most comfortable for you.
During your Session
We want your service to be exactly what you need. Our goal is to provide a relaxing and meditative atmosphere. If you feel like chatting, we’ll chat. But if you want to escape in silence, we wholeheartedly support you!
The Spa Environment
We want Becoming Mom® Spa + Ultrasound to be a sanctuary for you! We make every effort to create an environment that is calm and relaxing for the body and the mind.Please remember to speak quietly and silence any electronics you may have with you to help us make everyone’s experience the best it can be.
Children
We have two areas at Becoming Mom Spa + Ultrasound. In the spa area, we do have a no children policy. We do encourage you to bring your child for our Ultrasound services so they may see their new little brother or sister for the first time.
Gratuities
Though not included in the price of treatments, gratuities are appreciated for outstanding service. You may add a gratuity at checkout if you wish.
Cancellations
Treatment times are reserved especially for you. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment. If you do not cancel by the required time or miss your appointment, your credit card will be charged in full.
Product Returns or Exchanges
We will gladly accept any retail product return for store credit within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by a receipt.
